Our Premium Tongan Kava Root, from one of the few islands left that have not yet been destroyed by earthquakes or volcanos, is prized for its smooth taste and the most pleasurable effects, is truly one of the smoothest tasting types of Kava on the market! Its effects come on like a slow-building wave and sustain like a long burning fire.

This lateral root has been long revered due to its strong effects and is one of the more popular kavas to grow in Tonga due to its thicker base that helps the Lateral root quality so much. This special variety was so important, that no one but the Chief, his family, and the noblemen were allowed experience it.

This is VERY LIMITED Kava, we have been given permission to buy and to have it here for everyone to enjoy!

This is NOT instant Kava. It must be strained before consumption.

Directions: 1 tablespoon 3 times per day. Do not exceed 1 tablespoon per serving. Daily dosage not to exceed 3 tablespoons. The maximum period of daily use: 3 months. Use may resume for 3 months after a 2-week break.

In preparing Kava, there are a few different ways that will depend on the user and the time they wish to spend in preparing. There is the soak and knead method, the blender and filter method, or an Ali ball method, and more.

It’s important to know that regardless of which method you use, it’s important to soak and knead your root for 10-20 minutes and then, to filter your kava through at least a 75 mesh AND then a 100 mesh filter before consuming. Many people are different in the way they process and use their Kava root to get the maximum quality, we suggest researching it a bit to enjoy your experience with our Limited Edition Premium Tongan Vava’u root.
